Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: $36.48/hour

Schedule: Onsite Position

We are hiring Electrical Test Technicians to support a leading R&D and engineering team in Arden Hills, MN. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with electronics testing, laboratory, manufacturing, or engineering technician experience who enjoy hands-on work with electrical test equipment and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing using established procedures, work instructions, and test protocols.
• Set up test fixtures, prototypes, and laboratory equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot electrical testing equipment, including:
  
  
  
  • DC and AC power supplies
  • Power analyzers
  • Digital multimeters (DMMs)
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Function/signal generators
  • Electronic loads
  • Data acquisition systems
  
  
  
  
• Accurately collect, record, and document test results.
• Identify and communicate test issues, equipment concerns, and unexpected findings.
• Support engineers with testing activities, troubleshooting, and project schedules.
• Maintain an organized, safe laboratory environment and follow all safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Electronic Technician, Electrical Technician, Test Technician, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience operating electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field preferred.
• Medical device, laboratory, or R&D testing experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
