Now Hiring for a Facility Compliance Specialist Location: York, PA Pay Rate: Up to $39.75/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday (Schedule may vary) Are you experienced in facility compliance, workplace safety, and regulatory standards? Join a leading manufacturing environment as a Facility Compliance Specialist and play a key role in supporting safe, compliant operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in OSHA compliance, risk assessments, facility audits, and safety program administration. Job Duties Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and reduce workplace risks. Support compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements. Coordinate regulatory inspections, permits, testing activities, preventive maintenance, and compliance-related work orders. Maintain safety permits, compliance documentation, and regulatory records. Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams. Partner with facility, maintenance, and environmental health & safety teams to implement corrective actions. Train and coach employees and contractors on safety procedures and compliance requirements. Support the development and implementation of facility compliance and risk management programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, environmental health & safety, or a related field. Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, FCC, and local building/safety codes. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
