Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience.
  • Experience performing machine setups, changeovers, and production troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools such as calipers, verniers, and gauges.
  • Experience completing production records, quality documentation, and performance tracking reports.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
  • Ability to cross-train and work effectively in multiple production areas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Physical Capabilities



  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to handle production materials and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
  • Ability to work around manufacturing chemicals and production processes while following safety procedures.


Job Duties



  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Perform assembly, handwork, machine changeovers, packaging, labeling, and inventory-related tasks.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products using measuring and testing equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation, including performance and process monitoring records.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, follow safety requirements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with quality, logistics, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
