Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30 pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 1:30pm to 10pm Wrenches, Sweat, and Paychecks. - Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools, and electric and pneumatic tools.
- Following established methods and procedures, must be able to perform, but not limited to, basic minor and major assembly operations necessary to build iTECH products; such as arranging, grouping, placing, taping, sealing, welding, and floor packaging.
- Be able to read/comprehend and follow manufacturing work instructions in English. * Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with supervision.
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and count.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred or combined 6 months of education and work experience
Experience Requirements
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, read, write and speak, at least 6 months of electronic or mechanical assembly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
