Responsibilities Peraton is seeking to hire a Deputy Program Manager - Behavioral Research for a well-established applied research program based out of Columbus, GA. Location: Columbus, GA. This will be primarily remote/telework, but the person must be local to the Columbus, GA location and able to go on-site regularly and as needed and travel up to 25%. In this role, you will: Be a leading member of the research team, providing support across multiple projects for the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) and other government agencies. Responsibilities of this position include:
Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team that conducts 8-10 research projects annually using behavioral science principles, methodologies, and technologies in an applied government setting.

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
