Software Engineer in Test I About the RoleAre you passionate about software quality, automation, and solving complex technical challenges? KARL STORZ is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer in Test to join our collaborative Agile development team. In this role, you'll help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of innovative software solutions that support life-changing medical technologies around the world. You'll work alongside experienced software engineers, architects, and project teams to develop automated testing solutions, execute software verification activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and release processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build your career in software engineering while gaining hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks, DevOps practices, and medical technology products. This role is based in Goleta, CA (4-10 hour days with Friday's off) and offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of critical business and product objectives. The compensation of this position is between $87,300 - 113,400. What You'll Do
