DHS Grant Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

Qualifications

* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience in education, workforce development, healthcare education, program coordination, or related field.

* Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.

* Experience with ADA accessibility standards and online learning environments preferred.

Primary Function

Part-time, grant-funded position responsible for coordinating virtual healthcare training programs funded through the DHS grant. The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for course delivery, student enrollment, scheduling, compliance activities, and grant-funded initiatives. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate registration, enrollment, and scheduling of virtual training programs.

* Moderate live virtual classes and provide support to instructors and students.

* Review course presentations and materials for accuracy, consistency, and ADA compliance.

* Assist instructors with preparation and delivery of online courses.

* Monitor student participation, attendance, and course completion.

* Maintain program records and documentation required for grant reporting.

* Support student communication, onboarding, and follow-up activities.

* Assist with implementation of grant objectives and deliverables.

* Coordinate meetings, trainings, and special events related to grant activities.

* Collect and track program data and outcomes.

* Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to support program success.

* Maintain confidentiality of student and program records.

* Perform other duties as assigned in support of Healthcare Education initiatives.

Organizational Relationships

* Reports to the Director, Center for Healthcare Education.

* Works closely with Program Managers, instructors, students, and grant stakeholders.

* Supports the mission and goals of Northampton Community College.

Performance Standards

Performance is considered satisfactory when:

* Classes are scheduled and delivered efficiently.

* Student records and grant documentation are maintained accurately.

* Online course materials meet quality and ADA accessibility standards.

* Grant deliverables and reporting requirements are completed on time.

* Positive working relationships are maintained with students, faculty, staff, and partners.
