Pay & Earning Potential

• $21.00-$24.50/hr, based on experience
• $2.00/hr premium for 3rd shift
• Potential annual earnings of $54,000-$65,000+ with shift premium, overtime, and profit sharing
• Quarterly profit sharing, with recent annual payouts totaling $6,000-$10,000
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

All employees begin orientation and training on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Moving and handling steel materials
• Assisting with machine setups
• Inspecting products for quality
• Packaging materials for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Identifying and reporting equipment or quality concerns
• Working as part of a team to meet production goals

• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Availability to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed
