Automotive Parts Supervisor - Dealer Support

Location: Automotive OEM, Plano, TX

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor to support a major automotive OEM in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing a team supporting automotive dealerships with parts-related inquiries, orders, and dealer support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive parts, experience working in a leadership or supervisory role, and is comfortable working with dealership personnel, managing escalations, monitoring team performance, and using Microsoft Office.

What You'll Do



  • Lead and support Tier One Leads and Parts Call Center staff.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the automotive OEM and internal management team.
  • Provide guidance on complex or escalated automotive parts and dealer inquiries.
  • Monitor team performance, service levels, quality, and productivity.
  • Oversee dealer communications through phone, email, and online dealer systems.
  • Assist with escalated parts orders, cancellations, internal orders, and other dealer requests.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Review calls and communications for quality and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system transitions.
  • Partner with IT and other departments regarding system access and operational needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with the OEM and dealership network.



What We're Looking For

Required:



  • Automotive parts experience is required.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership parts operations.
  • Experience working with dealers, customers, or internal teams on parts-related issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:


    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook


  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle escalated issues professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



Automotive dealership parts experience is strongly preferred.
