Department Information The College is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta's Technology Square, home to the highest concentration of startups, corporate innovators, and academic researchers in the Southeastern U.S. This places students at the center of a vibrant innovation ecosystem with abundant experiential learning opportunities. Scheller's strategic location, combined with top-ranked career services and an expansive alumni network, connects students with leading companies in Atlanta and around the world. Scheller offers AACSB-accredited B.S., M.S., MBA, Ph.D., Graduate Certificate, and Pathway programs, along with interdisciplinary and dual degree programs in collaboration with the Georgia Tech Colleges of Computing, Design, Engineering, and Liberal Arts, and the Morehouse School of Medicine. The College also delivers open enrollment and custom corporate Executive Education programs for individuals and organizations. Job Summary
Coordinate arrangements for holding meetings, gatherings or other events on behalf of a campus unit or office. Responsible for scheduling and planning the event, reserving a location, arranging for support services and follow-up. Events range from small to large scale, are both internal and external facing and utilize unit based facilities and other locations, on and off campus. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Unit management and staff and event sponsors, vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: Event sponsors, vendors.
