Relocation Project Manager - JLL

We are currently seeking an Associate Relocation Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team's priorities are:

What this job involves:

As an Associate Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you will drive the successful execution of complex relocation and change management projects that transform how organizations operate. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to orchestrate seamless workplace transitions. This role offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology and industry best practices while developing your project management expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and contribute to JLL's reputation for delivering excellence in workplace solutions.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage end-to-end relocation projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and track RFPs to secure optimal pricing and service levels for move-related activities
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets while maintaining detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead weekly relocation planning meetings, providing status updates and proactively addressing potential issues
  • Serve as the onsite project resource during relocation execution events, troubleshooting challenges in real-time and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Conduct post-move assessments and incorporate lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within commercial real estate or corporate services
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and vendor management experience
  • Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience in commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, or corporate relocation services
  • Background in change management methodologies and organizational development
  • Familiarity with workplace strategy and space planning principles
  • Experience with real estate or construction technology platforms (e.g., Move Management Systems, BIM, IWMS)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and digital tools
  • Previous experience working in a consulting or client-facing service environment
