What You'll Do:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy designed to accelerate customer acquisition, boost revenue growth, and amplify brand awareness.
  • Cultivate, manage, and optimize high-value relationships with strategic partners, including leading publishers, influential content creators, and expansive networks.
  • Proactively identify and onboard high-performing partners to significantly expand program reach and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data, leveraging insights to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and exceptional return on investment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including paid media specialists, brand marketing experts, and e-commerce strategists, to ensure efforts are meticulously aligned with broader business goals.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts, innovative commission structures, and compelling incentive programs with partners to drive mutual success.
  • Oversee robust tracking, comprehensive reporting, and precise attribution models to accurately measure program effectiveness and ensure equitable partner payouts.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by staying ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring the performance marketing program remains best-in-class.
  • Strategically manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effective growth and scalable solutions.


What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):



  • 7+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, coupled with a deep understanding of its core principles and methodologies.
  • A proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth through the successful development and execution of strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with extensive experience in performance tracking, sophisticated attribution modeling, and insightful reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, demonstrated by the ability to build and nurture strong, productive relationships with diverse partners.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading performance marketing platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Junction, Performance Horizon, or similar advanced tools.
  • The ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
  • A genuine passion for e-commerce and the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.

  • Experience within the retail, consumer electronics, or technology industries.
