Enterprise Production Support Specialist

In this role you will:

• Serve as the Production Team Lead for the assigned branch
• Serve as a Product Specialist on all supported production print and wide format equipment
• May be deployed on short notice to provide onsite support for all branch locations requiring additional production resources for installations, service calls or technical issues that cannot be resolved through normal service escalation channels
• Work directly with manufacturer support organizations on advanced technical issues and escalations
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, workflow, print quality, and connectivity issues
• Address customer concerns and help restore equipment to optimal performance
• Assist technicians, sales representatives, business analysts, and service leadership with production-related issues
• Maintain required product training and certifications to support new and existing production customers
• Expectations of a Production Team Lead/Tech Level 3 are required when no critical issues are present
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

You should have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of production equipment hardware, software (Including ADAM, Robin, Porthos and SAMKEY), workflows, print controllers (Including PrismaSync and Fiery controllers), and connectivity
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex production-related problems
• Ability to travel and provide onsite support throughout the company as required
• Ability to work after hours and provide on-call (24/7) support as needed
• Ability to manage travel arrangements and expenses on short notice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience servicing production print equipment.
• iX1700 factory certified training when available
• Titan factory certified training
• VarioPrint factory certified training
• V1350 to C700 ImagePRESS factory certified training
• Ricoh C7500 / C9500 factory certified training
• Arizona factory certified training
• Colorado factory certified training
• Fiery Certified Professional
