MaineHealth Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics - Portland is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician to join our established and dynamic and respected practice in Portland, Maine.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient clinical practice
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE position, 100% clinical
• Flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days; Ideally this position will allow for extended hours until 7 PM.
• Approximately 32 patient-facing hours per week within a 40-hour schedule
• Limited call, first call is handled by a robust team of residents
• Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum primary care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Serve a largely immigrant population and many patients with a high standard determinants of health (SDOH) burden
• Enjoy a culture of learning and plenty of contact with residents and medical students in this residency-based practice
• Convenient access to on-site and nearby ancillary services, including Nordx laboratory services and limited radiology capabilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine AND Pediatrics
• Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
