The opportunity From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of Hitachi Energy's fastest-growing areas. We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who is ready to bring technical expertise directly to our customers and make an impact where it matters most. As part of the US Services HUB, you'll provide critical technical support for Transformer Service, working remotely and at customer sites across the country. Reporting to the Regional Field Operation Manager, you'll apply your knowledge of transformer installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and oil processing to help customers keep essential equipment operating safely and reliably. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll build trusted customer relationships, collaborate with teams across Hitachi Energy, and help identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and expand our service capabilities. With travel of up to 85%, no two days will look exactly the same.
