Job Summary
The Manager, Global Title Marketing contributes to the development, execution, analysis, and maintenance of global marketing campaigns for select scripted series and entertainment titles. This role manages campaign activities, collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports creative and media execution, and helps develop strategic marketing plans. The position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to global marketing campaign strategies and go-to-market plans for assigned titles.
- Manage campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for assigned intellectual properties and support campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with media teams to develop and refine paid consumer media campaigns.
- Coordinate creative asset approvals and resolve issues with production and creative teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaign milestones and strategic plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively follow up on action items and open questions.
- Communicate campaign strategies, plans, activations, and updates through clear written communications and presentations.
- Develop weekly agendas, marketing documents, presentations, and other campaign materials.
- Use research and data to support marketing decisions and evaluate opportunities.
- Monitor competitive activity and emerging marketing opportunities within the entertainment industry.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative campaign activations.
- Support campaign scopes of work, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
- Take ownership of assigned portions of campaigns and progressively expand responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and adapt to new tasks.
- Positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in entertainment, pop culture, and marketing.
- Experience with streaming or Original Series marketing is preferred.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use research and competitive insights to support marketing decisions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience
- 4-6 years of experience working in marketing, entertainment, or a related field.
- Experience in streaming or Original Series marketing is preferred.
- Experience supporting scripted series campaigns is a plus.
