Electrical / Conveyance Superintendent - Virginia Beach, VA Next Level Technician is hiring experienced Electrical / Conveyance Superintendents in Virginia Beach, VA. Pay: $40-$50/hr DOE Responsibilities Oversee conveyance/pathway scope onsite Manage Leads and field crews Plan daily manpower, sequencing and work fronts Oversee basket tray, conduit/pipe, supports and pathway installations Read and interpret construction drawings Coordinate routing, elevations and penetrations Coordinate with Project Managers, the GC and other trades Track production, manpower, materials and schedule Maintain QA/QC standards Identify and resolve field constraints Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentation Ensure crews are working from current drawing revisions Enforce project and OSHA safety requirements Requirements 5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience 2+ years field leadership experience Strong conveyance/pathway experience Experience managing Leads and field crews Ability to read prints and coordinate field layout Strong manpower planning and scheduling skills Experience coordinating with GCs and other trades Strong safety and QA/QC background OSHA 30 required PlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction software experience preferred Data center or large industrial/commercial experience preferred Why Work with Next Level Technician in Virginia Beach?
