What You Will Be Doing

* Deliver high-quality client support and service resolution for complex operational and product-related inquiries.
* Analyze client issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve service outcomes.
* Manage and prioritize client requests while meeting established service level expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve client experiences.
* Monitor service trends and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
* Support implementation of new systems, processes, products, or service enhancements.
* Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely information exchange.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced team members.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
* Experience supporting clients in a service, operations, technology, financial services, or related environment.
* Strong customer service skills with a commitment to quality delivery and client satisfaction.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, apply sound judgment, and recommend effective solutions.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision while contributing to team objectives.
* Proficiency in process improvement, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, or related industries.
* Knowledge of client service management methodologies and service delivery best practices.
* Experience participating in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ability to interpret data and service metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Experience mentoring, training, or providing guidance to colleagues.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $70,390.00 - $119,670.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
