PROPERTY/ OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for an individual for FT position in a small family-owned Commercial Property Mgmt company in Blaine.

Ideal candidate will have:

* Commercial Property/Office Mgmt experience

Commercial Property Management experience a plus

* Proficiency in Quick Books, paired with a strong grasp
   of foundational accounting and budgeting

* Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite
   (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp
   eye for accuracy

* Proven ability to multi-task and manage time
   effectively in a fast-paced environment

We Offer: Competitive salary starting at $75,000 DOE, 401K with Bonus potential, along with

Salary/Compensation: $75,000 per year plus commission
