Your Job Guardian Glass is seeking an Operations Department Manager to join our team in Geneva, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for driving safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be successful, you must be comfortable with complex operations while working across all levels of the organization to drive vision, strategy, and execution. You will work with peer managers, outside resources, process engineers, technicians, and supervisors to promote our One Team mentality while advancing our principle-based culture. Our Team You will join a collaborative operations team that partners closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, development, and technical resources to improve process performance. For this role we anticipate paying $105,000-$125,000 per year.
