The role coordinates work across onsite and offshore teams, enabling effective intake, allocation, handoffs, quality control, and on-time delivery. The supervisor supports operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team member growth and development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise day-to-day work assignments across presentation and creative services, including presentation design, creative or marketing design, pitch books, projects, and ad hoc requests.
    • Operate as a working supervisor by providing hands-on presentation production, formatting, design, proofreading, quality assurance, and troubleshooting support as workload and service priorities require.
    • Coordinate workflow across onsite and offshore teams, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, turnaround expectations, inter-shift handoffs, status communication, and escalation management.
    • Ensure offshore partners receive complete instructions, source materials, templates, brand standards, deadlines, and client-specific requirements needed to execute work accurately.
    • Monitor work transferred between teams and shifts, validate ownership and status, and ensure seamless follow-through through final delivery.
    • Perform and oversee quality assurance to confirm accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and adherence to client and company standards before delivery.
    • Ensure quality service delivery through standard operating procedures, alignment with the account plan, and achievement of agreed-upon service metrics and goals.
    • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally; keep the client and manager informed of significant or potential issues and recommend solutions that reduce recurrence.
    • Manage the employee lifecycle, including interviewing, onboarding, training, development, succession planning, and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, service level agreements, confidentiality requirements, and expected quality standards; use corrective action when necessary.
    • Enable team performance by setting goals and priorities and providing regular feedback through individual and group communication.
    • Monitor staffing and workflow volumes and use workflow management systems to align resources by shift, location, or service line based on demand.
    • Complete required administrative and operational reporting accurately and on time.
    • Support the manager with P&L-related activities and understand the impact of overtime, time off, offshore utilization, and staffing decisions on service costs.
    • Support materials for Client Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, as needed.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the client's business and the impact of presentation services.
    • Foster cross-training, collaboration, and consistent working practices across onsite and offshore teams.
    • Train and coach junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of tools, templates, workflows, and operating procedures.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a legal, banking, financial services, or other large corporate environment.
    • 3+ years of experience in presentation design or creative production, including pitch books, marketing materials, creative deliverables, or related banking services.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create, format, and edit presentations, graphics, charts, and graphs.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on production support while managing people, workflow, quality, and client priorities.
    • Experience coordinating work across multiple locations, shifts, or offshore delivery teams preferred.
    • Strong grammar, editing, composition, and proofreading skills.
    • Experience with workflow management systems and manager self-service or centralized HR systems preferred.
    • Basic financial understanding of how day-to-day staffing and operating decisions affect P&L.
    • Ability to balance competing requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and make independent decisions aligned with business needs and policy.
    • Excellent client service, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
