Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective:
The Private Banking Manager offers concierge level service to affluent clients and Wealth Management firms with sophisticated banking needs by offering customized credit and deposit solutions. Drive deposit growth to lower the bank's overall cost of funds and increase cross sell penetration. The Private Banking Manager will increase loan outstandings with continued growth of the Trust Advantage Lending Program to increase revenue and profitability of the Bank.
Key Accountabilities:
* Supervise the analysis and underwriting of credit requests in a timely fashion
* Determine if request complies with Bank policy and note any exceptio
* Discuss deal structure, cash flow, collateral, and customer character with Private Banker, Credit and Division Executive
* Accompany Private Banker on customer calls and interact with customers in person and over the phone
* Interact with financial professionals such as CPA's, CFO's, et as needed to assist in the underwriting of credit memos and discussing new prospects
* Present written analysis and observe presentations at Loan Committee
* Supervise the management of existing portfolio by monitoring collateral; tracking and preparing annual reviews
* Supervise the tracking database, files and pipeline as needed
* Identify potential problem loans and deficiencies including document exceptions
* Assist customers when needed with questions regarding loans and retail products
* Present program attributes, to prospective client firms
Education:
* Bachelor's and Advanced degree in relevant field
Experience:
* Minimum of five years of commercial credit experience
Skills & Knowledge:
* Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving/critical thinking skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Extensive knowledge of PC applications, including Excel and Word
* Be well-versed in the Bank's credit policy and underwriting standards
* Be familiar with and fulfill compliance requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Great customer service skills
* Good public speaking and presentation skills
* Ability to find up-selling opportunities and present bank capabilities to prospects
