Opportunities are available in a variety of areas within the Finance Department, including: Accounting, Corporate Audit, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury and Planning and Analysis. Assignments are determined by business needs along with education, skill set and preferences. The basic purpose of the jobs are to lead, manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on a variety of business issues in order to develop recommendations and strategies for management. These recommendations may involve marketing, operating, legal, supply operations, procurement, real estate, corporate, financial, accounting, and/or strategic issues. These positions require obtaining the cooperation or assistance of other departments or parties outside the railroad in the collection and understanding of data elements necessary to perform the analysis. Based on your expereince and skills, you may be hired as a Sr Analyst / Manager II / Manager I in payroll, accounts payable, revenue accounting, property accounting, planning and analysis, financial reporting, contract billing, financial review or supply chain.
