Primary Purpose:

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned corporate accounts. This role focuses on increasing Univar Solutions' market share within existing accounts through a consultative, value-based selling approach. The Corporate Account Manager will identify growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and execute plans to drive profitable business expansion across the corporate account portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Strengthen Univar Solutions' position within assigned corporate accounts through consultative, value-based selling at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of short-term and long-term opportunities, with a focus on volume growth, profitability, and relationship development.
  • Partner with local sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive customer strategies.
  • Establish pricing strategies and manage customer quotations to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate across Univar Solutions, including senior leadership, sales, purchasing, and operations teams, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and account performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of field sales and account management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through the development and execution of strategic customer initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of the chemical industry and a strong professional network.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience delivering formal presentations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Financial acumen with experience in financial analysis and business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on customer and territory requirements.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and supplier partners.

Where You'll Work:

This is a home-based role located in Phoenix, Arizona; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $92,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and geographic location.
