Human Resources Coordinator (Full-Time) Job Locations

Overview Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives on connecting great talent with great opportunities? MBP is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources activities. Approximately 75% of this role is focused on recruitment support and 25% on HR administration. If you have two to three years of HR experience and enjoy candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee record management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: You will play a key role in supporting recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. From sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating onboarding and maintaining employee records, you will help create a positive experience for both candidates and team members. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to keep processes running smoothly, exercise independent judgment in your daily work, and contribute to company-wide recognition and engagement programs. Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process by coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate records, assisting with sourcing efforts, and facilitating a positive candidate experience
