Job Title: Wireless Module Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Overview The Wireless Module Engineer will drive the development of wireless modules from early architecture definition through mass-production ramp. This role requires strong RF fundamentals, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate to understand risks and drive proper courses of action. Key Responsibilities Drive configs definition, track hardware changes, coordinate builds, and manage associated POs. Work with cross-functional teams and external partners (including international teams) to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Track issues, identify root cause, and drive resolution. Analyze electrical build data, identify issues, and drive corrections. Work with cross-functional teams and external test partners to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies. Program management experience. Proven problem-solving and system optimization skills. Experience working cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of wireless module development experience from early concept to MP for consumer electronic devices. Additional experience in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering is highly desirable. Experienced in managing vendor teams and leading cross-time-zone meetings. Very good communication skills, verbal and written. Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing flows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive corrective actions. Experience in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures while communicating risks with prioritization.
