Working closely with the Director of the Paul and Lynn Ann Vogel Master of Accountancy and Integrated Program, the role supports students throughout the academic and professional lifecycle, from admission and course planning through graduation, internships, and full-time employment. The position advises approximately half of the School's junior, senior, and graduate-level students in the integrated program and supports the administration and continued development of the School's academic programs.

Key responsibilities include:

* Admissions and Scholarships: Support undergraduate and graduate admissions processes, scholarship administration, admitted-student communications, and orientation activities.
* Course and Curriculum Planning: Facilitate course planning and enrollment demand forecasting, monitor student progression, and assist with identifying and addressing curricular and scheduling issues.
* Career and Professional Development: Serve as a liaison among the School of Accountancy, Business Career Services, and accounting firm recruiters to promote internship and full-time employment opportunities. Track student participation in the School's Professional Development Program and Speaker Series events.
* Internship and Placement Support: Maintain and follow up on internship and permanent employment information and assist with data collection and reporting related to student career outcomes.
* Graduate Program Administration: Assist students with administrative requirements associated with the integrated graduate program, including dual enrollment, transfer to the Graduate School, M-1 forms, and related graduate-school processes.
* Data Management and Reporting: Maintain the School's accountancy student database and track enrollment, academic progress, internships, employment outcomes, professional development, and other information used for advising, planning, and reporting.
* Program Development and Market Analysis: Assist with market analysis and implementation activities for new and existing program initiatives, including certificates, degree programs, program extensions, and other academic offerings.
* Communications and Outreach: Support School communications with current and prospective students and other stakeholders, including the use of social media and other communication channels to promote programs, opportunities, and School activities.

In addition, the role works closely with School leadership, faculty, staff, Business Career Services, the Graduate School, accounting firm recruiters, and other College and University offices to support students and ensure the effective administration of the School's academic programs.

This position plays an important role in the success of the School of Accountancy's undergraduate and integrated graduate programs by providing specialized advising and program support, facilitating students' progression toward graduation, strengthening connections between students and employers, and supporting the development and delivery of academic programs and initiatives.
