As a professional and team manager, you will own complex challenges and contribute to the legacy of safe, efficient mobility. Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders. Guarantee project reliability through rigorous risk management and quality assurance. Champion innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into project workflows. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within your team and across departments. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management or related field. 3 years of project management experience. Prefer in transportation, infrastructure, construction or similar. Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and risk analysis. Strong understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of projects and achievement of strategic milestones. Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
