We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team, where you will directly impact cardholders' financial journeys, building relationships and providing essential support to millions.

About the Role

As a vital member of the Call Center Team, you'll be on the front lines, making a direct and meaningful impact on customers' experiences. You'll help cardholders navigate their financial journeys, offering clear information and prompt resolutions. This role is crucial in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued, contributing to a service that truly makes a difference. This is a defined project for up to 4 months (120 days), offering a focused opportunity to excel.

What You'll Do



  • Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver exceptional service by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Authorize sales and manage customer accounts.
  • Manage customer information with care and precision.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.


What You'll Bring



  • 2+ years of customer service or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to:

    • Navigate and manage information across multiple windows and software platforms efficiently.
    • Maintain typing proficiency while actively conversing with customers.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office programs effectively (e.g., Outlook).
    • Employ search tools to quickly find necessary information.


  • Availability to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. ET, with flexibility to work 1 day on the weekend.


Bonus Points If You Have



  • 1+ years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
  • Adaptability to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.


Work Environment & Expectations

This role offers the flexibility to work from home full-time, provided you have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet. You will be provided with the necessary equipment and tools to succeed. The total hours in a given week will be 40. During your scheduled work time, you must be able to refrain from tending to any personal matters, including answering personal phone calls or emails, and caring for children or others. You must also restrict any visitors or family from your work area. Please note, on occasion, you will be required to commute for in-person engagements, including trainings and team activities. Therefore, candidates must reside within a commutable distance for such events.
