Job Summary:
As a Product Manager II within Inventory Management Enablement Services (IMES) release train, you will play a key role in supporting strategic platform modernization initiatives that improve the scalability, reliability, security, operational efficiency, and extensibility of the vAuto ecosystem. This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively within a platform engineering environment, including understanding concepts such as APIs, events, databases, integrations, cloud technologies, software delivery pipelines, and technical tradeoffs. In this role, you will translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans, define and prioritize requirements at the epic and feature level, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and business functions to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will span product discovery, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning, and identifying opportunities for future enhancements based on customer needs, operational challenges, and business goals. Success in this role requires strong product ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving alignment and execution across diverse stakeholders. USD 98,300.00 - 147,500.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $98,300.00 - $147,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
