Join Molex's two-year Finance Development Program, designed to accelerate early-career finance talent into future finance leaders. Through two one-year rotations across different Molex divisions or Corporate Finance, you'll gain hands-on experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, and Commercial Finance while building a broad understanding of our business. You'll take ownership of meaningful work that directly supports forecasting, planning, business performance, and decision-making while developing the skills and relationships needed to succeed in a long-term finance career. Along the way, you'll work alongside experienced leaders, drive business improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to senior finance leadership. What You'll Gain Upon completion, you'll be prepared for Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner opportunities, supported by cross-divisional experience, a strong professional network, and priority consideration for select finance openings across Molex. Our Team The Finance Development Program (FDP) is a cohort-based experience that combines on-the-job learning, professional development, mentorship, and leadership exposure. You'll partner with finance teams across Molex's global business, gaining insights into how finance supports operations, commercial strategy, and long-term growth. Our goal is to develop versatile finance professionals who are prepared to take on increasing levels of responsibility and impact across Molex. Locations Rotations may take place in Georgetown, TX; Lisle, IL; Hudson, WI; or Rochester Hills, MI. Relocation support is provided when assignments require a move. What You'll Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
