What You'll Do

• Guide and mentor an engineering team, ensuring the successful navigation and delivery of new software integration projects.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for diverse stakeholders, fostering seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, diving into details alongside the team when needed to overcome challenges.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong technical background and proven management experience.
• Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Industry experience within the utility sector.
• Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
