Position Title: Clean Room Production Technician
Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX (77041). This position supports the cleaning, inspection, packaging, and documentation of precision plastic machine components within a controlled clean room environment. This is not a janitorial cleaning position and is not primarily a laboratory role. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow written procedures while handling delicate components in a contamination-controlled environment. Clean Room Production Technician Responsibilities: - Perform controlled cleaning, water rinsing, and IPA cleaning processes on precision components - Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications - Package and label finished products according to established procedures - Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain part, lot, and job traceability - Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions - Handle delicate finished components carefully to prevent contamination or damage - Maintain clean room standards and comply with all quality requirements - Enter production and traceability information into computer systems - Support assembly and manufacturing operations as needed Requirements for Clean Room Production Technician: - Previous manufacturing experience required - Experience in a clean room or ISO-controlled environment preferred - Ability to follow detailed written instructions and SOPs - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Comfortable working with IPA and approved cleaning processes - Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately - Basic computer and data entry skills - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to stand and move throughout the shift - Ability to lift up to 35 pounds - Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to work in a climate-controlled clean room environment - Ability to complete company screening process Candidates with experience in the following environments are highly encouraged to apply: - Semiconductor manufacturing - Medical device manufacturing - Clean room manufacturing - Precision manufacturing - Precision component inspection and packaging We are specifically seeking candidates with manufacturing, inspection, assembly, packaging, or clean room experience.
