Position Title: Forklift Operator Wage: $20.00 - $21.00/Hour Shift: 3rd Shift Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Feeling underpaid or undervalued? This could be the position that you deserve! Forklift Operator Responsibilities: - Complete an inspection of the forklift at the beginning of each shift and turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs - Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment - Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials - Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Safety Data, and Quality Data - Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy - Track and record units of materials handles Requirements for Forklift Operator: - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred - Experience in manufacturing, packaging or other related fields - At least 3 years of experience with a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, forklift or other industrial vehicles - Strong work ethic - Excellent oral and written communication skills IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
