Program Manager will oversee and coordinate program support activities. Responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, supervising contractor staff, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, liaising with federal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with the applicable agency and federal regulations. Program Manager will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel.
- Provide onsite supervision and operational oversight of contractor support team.
- Coordinate task assignments and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Communicate regularly with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and program office designated leads to align support with program priorities.
- Track performance metrics and submit monthly status reports.
- Assist in conflict resolution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support staffing efforts, including onboarding, training, escorting, and performance evaluation of contractor staff.
- Escort visitors, vendors, and non-cleared personnel within controlled or restricted areas, as required.
Required Experience & Skills


  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business management or contract management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills


Preferred Experience & Skills



  • PMP certification preferred


Required Education



  • Bachelor's Degree
