Overview of the Position: The Grit Blaster performs abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning operations in the overhaul and repair of the company's product. This position follows standard industry practices and practices safe work habits to ensure production is performed in an efficient and safe manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation: The wage range for this position is $22.40 to $35.67 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including geographic location, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and business needs. Benefits:

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education / Experience Requirements: One or more year's industrial experience is preferred. Understanding basic mathematics. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Other Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
