- Accounting Operations and Financial Processes: Assist with daily and monthly accounting activities, including preparing and entering journal entries, supporting the machinery and equipment sales cycle, maintaining subledgers, and completing manufacturer statement reconciliations.
- Systems Knowledge and Professional Development: Gain working knowledge of company accounting systems and processes to develop a strong understanding of accounting operations and business workflows.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with accounting and field personnel to support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
- Problem Solving and Team Support: Work independently and collaboratively with team members to identify, analyze, and implement logical solutions to accounting and business-related situations.

What You Will Need:
- Education: Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior accounting, finance, or business-related coursework and a strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting preferred.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy; motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
