Benefits & Rewards Eligible interns may participate in Mott MacDonald's 401(k) retirement savings plan and gain valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development while working on meaningful projects. The expected salary for this position is $18 per hour - $35 per hour Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
