JOB SUMMARY This is a position within Saint Francis/Hyde Hospital Rehabilitation Services department. N/A Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Health locations. * Prior clinical-based experience requiring interaction with patients. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. * Ability to recognize signs of distress. * Possession of a high school diploma. * Possession of or proven eligibility for CPR certification. * Basic computer skills in word processing and online communication. * Possession of excellent interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and self-initiation skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION * Prior experience in acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation facility. * Prior outpatient patient care experience working with sports medicine, orthopedic and neurologic patients in an interdisciplinary team. * College degree in a related field. * Holds advanced certifications such as ATC, CSCS, or other relevant professional certification. * Knowledge of basic medical terminology. * Ability to use Excel. * Knowledge of rehab equipment including modalities, Alter-G, BTE, TRX, treadmill, body weight harness. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS * Current AHA BLS Card
