As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business using data and growing their relationship with a strong understanding of our Deposit, treasury management & Lending solutions that will help businesses manage their business more efficiently. You will also be responsible for sourcing new business relationships through an existing referral network, prospecting and attending community networking events. Key Result Areas: * Extensive relationship building experience through an advisory approach. Strong knowledge and understanding of business life cycles, using data and industry tools to make confident recommendations on solutions to help businesses run their business more efficiently. * Develop and maintain a portfolio of business clients, with a focus on long-term relationship growth and retention. * Meet or exceed business line production goals. Goals include but are not limited to driving new customer acquisition, deposit growth, lending, treasury management solutions and referrals to other business lines and partners. * Structure and facilitate commercial loans, lines of credit, and other financing solutions in partnership with credit and lending teams. * Strong understanding of business credit, digital tools, and overall business product knowledge. Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend changes to the product set as appropriate. * Develop new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting. * Participate in community and industry events to increase the organization's visibility and strengthen its business development pipeline. * Bring and develop an established book of business, leveraging existing client relationships and a strong network of business contacts to generate new opportunities and drive portfolio growth * Engage and collaborate with teams and stakeholders throughout the organization to foster relationships and problem solve; be empowered to initiate change and coach / mentor teammates to further drive superior service improvements and product offerings. Engage professionally across all channels to assist with every client's need or issue. * Active involvement in our community through participation in key industries and non-profit organizations. * Understand and adhere to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti- Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank- wide policies and procedures. * Performs additional duties as required. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business field preferred * 10 years of Banking or Business Development experience. * Strong relationship building experience with a proven track record maintaining and growing an existing book of business and acquiring new business. * Able to adjust focus based on changing industry trends and product and service offerings. * Comfortable operating in a sales and service environment with defined sales goals. * Strong interpersonal and networking skills. * Ability to collaborate with individuals from various business units. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Established COI's and referral sources The above description covers the most significant major responsibilities but does not exclude other occasional responsibilities and accountabilities, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the major purpose of this job. Location: Waltham, MA Salary Range: $110,900 - $147,900 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $110,900 - $147,900. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
