The Shared Services Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the college's new shared administrative services organization. This role ensures units receive consistent, high-quality support while enabling efficient, equitable service delivery across the college. Reporting directly to the COO, the Shared Services Director is responsible for establishing common service standards, balancing resources across units, and continuously improving the unit support model. Working through the COO, the Shared Services Director acts as a critical conduit between the CVM Leadership Team (Administrative Council) and the Administrative Teams to ensure alignment on vision, priorities and execution. 50% - Operational & Process Management Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Physical Requirements *Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly * Pushing/pulling: Ability to push loaded supply car as needed * Standing/walking: Ability to walk short distances as needed * Bending/stooping: Ability to bend and stoop as needed * Fine motor skills: Ability to type accurately and efficiently * Visual acuity: Close-range vision for computer work * Auditory awareness: Ability to hear warning signals, alarms, or communicate About the Department
