This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

The Recruiting Coordination Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiting coordinators and coordination leads, setting the strategic direction for interview coordination operations, and driving program-level initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function. This role requires an experienced people leader and strategic operator who can scale coordination capabilities, elevate the candidate experience, and align recruiting operations with organizational hiring goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and RC leads, setting clear performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering individual growth aligned with both career aspirations and organizational objectives.

  • Define and own the overarching strategy for TA interview coordination, establishing standards, SLAs, and best practices that ensure a consistently high-quality experience for candidates and interviewers at scale.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align coordination operations with broader recruiting strategy and business priorities.

  • Drive program and process improvement initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of new tools, systems, and workflows that increase team efficiency and operational scalability.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track coordination metrics and team performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation across varying hiring volumes, proactively identifying gaps and implementing solutions to maintain operational continuity.

  • Build and sustain a collaborative, inclusive team culture that prioritizes accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination or related recruiting operations roles.

  • 3+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent, preferably including management of leads or senior individual contributors.

  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously across a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in recruiting software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling platforms.

  • Highly organized with a strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences at scale.

Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $129,791.00 - $181,706.70

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
