The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily quality assurance activities across the manufacturing process. This role provides direct supervision to Quality Technicians, ensuring proper execution of inspections, documentation, training, certification, and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Supervisor will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with production and engineering teams, resolve quality issues through structured problemsolving, and ensure adherence to established quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to make critical decisions to protect product integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Required Education & Qualifications
* Proven experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, or related manufacturing environment. * Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or leadtechnician role strongly preferred. * Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (8D, root cause analysis, corrective actions, problem-solving tools). * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement requirements. * Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or other ERP/QMS platforms. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and develop team members. * Demonstrated ability to prevent the release or shipment of nonconforming product. * Strong decision-making skills, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work weekends as needed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * Associate degree preferred; bachelor's degree a plus. * 3 to 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or quality; supervisory experience preferred. * Proficient in blueprint reading, measurement techniques, and inspection standards. * Auditing experience (ISO or internal) preferred.
