Now Hiring: Project Management Analyst Location: Dearborn, MI Pay Rate: $44.00/hour Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Are you a highly organized project coordinator with strong analytical skills? Join a major business transformation project supporting the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS). This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in software implementation, project coordination, data analysis, and executive-level communication in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Coordinate project activities, meetings, schedules, and action items Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines Analyze and validate large data sets using Excel Support data migration and system implementation activities Prepare executive presentations, reports, and project updates Gather requirements and information from cross-functional teams Follow up with stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met Assist with training materials, system demonstrations, and user support Participate in testing activities and identify process improvements Communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or related roles Strong project management and organizational skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis and reporting Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with software implementations, system migrations, or data migrations is a plus SAP or Fieldglass experience is helpful but not required Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance If you thrive in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, this opportunity offers valuable experience supporting a high-visibility enterprise initiative.
