Direct Hire | Remote | $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Potential

Are you an Operational Technology (OT) professional with maritime experience and a passion for cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and vessel operations? Job Duties

• Manage and support maritime OT networks, including industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA systems, firewalls, switches, and related infrastructure.
• Lead OT network upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement projects while minimizing operational downtime.
• Ensure compliance with maritime cybersecurity standards, IMO guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain operational readiness across fleet assets.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, asset inventories, cybersecurity procedures, and compliance records.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Vessel Operations, and Safety teams to support secure IT/OT integration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) networks in maritime, offshore, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, industrial communication protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations, class society requirements, and cyber risk management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, or maritime-specific credentials are highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
• Active STCW, TWIC, Passport, and Seaman's Record Book preferred.

• Remote position
• Field pay eligible
