Data Scientist Hybrid in New York Must work W2 - Cannot provide sponsorship! Description Deal Support: Log and complete analytical requests from the business to support work on active deals and/or pitches Contribute to the firm's AI initiatives by developing and evaluating AI agents, building MCP-connected workflows that integrate internal and external third-party data sources, and identifying opportunities to automate and enhance deal execution and analytics processes across the firm Research: Work from a template and utilize existing ES partnerships with third party data providers (Placer.ai, Oxford Economics, etc.) in collaboration with Data Team and Analytics to produce research papers/projects, new integrations. Create unique data sets and store those data sets in Snowflake data warehouse Aid in training and adoption on existing and developing business intelligence tools Create and maintain various business intelligence dashboards for internal use (Sigma/PowerBI/Custom) Apply record linkage techniques to integrate the firm's proprietary deal data with third-party sources, enabling richer analytics Skills* Python, Data science, Sql, snowflake, azure, financial analytics, CRE data providers Top Skills Details Python,Data science,Sql Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Skill: Sigma, PowerBI and other analytics and data viz tools Snowflake or other OLAP database experience Excel (power user) Azure Skillset of a traditional financial or capital markets analyst Familiarity with mainstream CRE data providers Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.
