Data Center Project Scheduler (Primavera P6) Help Drive One of the Largest Data Center Projects in the Region We're looking for an experienced *Data Center Project Scheduler* to play a critical role in the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. If you're highly skilled with *Primavera P6*, understand construction scheduling, and enjoy collaborating with project teams to keep complex projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do * Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 * Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leaders to ensure project milestones are achieved * Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts * Analyze critical path activities and recommend recovery plans when needed * Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel * Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and progress reports * Track resource loading and workload distribution * Create project timelines from project initiation through completion * Support forecasting, planning, and earned value reporting * Communicate schedule changes and recommendations to project stakeholders Required Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with *Primavera P6* * Experience scheduling construction or data center projects * Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling * Experience building and maintaining project schedules from the ground up * Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Experience Data Center Construction Projects Electrical, Low Voltage, or Mission Critical Construction Resource Loading & Earned Value Reporting Critical Path Analysis Schedule Recovery Planning Working With GCs, Subs, and Field Operations Teams What Makes You Successful * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Comfortable leading scheduling discussions with project stakeholders * Ability to anticipate project risks before they impact delivery * Strong presentation and reporting skills Work Environment During the first six months, this position will be heavily focused on supporting field operations and collaborating onsite with General Contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and field leadership teams. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
