We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to provide essential human resources consultation and support. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning people strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to management, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your insights and guidance will directly impact the growth and development of our teams, contributing significantly to our overall success.

What You'll Do



  • Provides human resources consultation and tactical support to line managers and senior leaders across various functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training.
  • Handles complex performance management and employee relations cases requiring discretion, high judgment, and deep problem-solving skills.
  • Structures, organizes, and facilitates seasonal talent reviews, which includes working closely with executive assistants to schedule leadership sessions.
  • Creates exceptionally thorough documentation of all ongoing HR activities to ensure a flawless knowledge transfer and handoff both before and after the 8-week leave period.
  • Works cross-functionally and partners closely with the three peer HRBPs who support the Product and Design teams.


What You'll Bring



  • Requires a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner.
  • Must have prior experience specifically supporting software development engineers and understanding how technology organizations operate.
  • Operates as a tactical "do-er" who is comfortable relying on experience and judgment to dive into day-to-day administrative tasks rather than focusing strictly on high-level strategy.
  • Demands high technical proficiency utilizing Workday for people data, Slack for heavy asynchronous communication, and Google Suite for daily operations.
  • Requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills alongside a high degree of ownership and adaptability.
