Are you a visionary designer with a passion for crafting captivating visual experiences across diverse platforms? We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to become a pivotal part of a dynamic team, where your creativity will directly shape the brand's presence in retail environments and B2B communications. This is an extraordinary chance to make a tangible impact, leading the production of critical assets that define the customer journey and elevate brand perception. Your work will be instrumental in launching new retail locations, refreshing existing materials, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual identity that resonates with audiences.

What You Will Do



  • Lead the creation and production of a comprehensive suite of assets for retail locations and B2B communications.
  • Develop materials for new retail openings and update existing content for ongoing promotions and campaigns.
  • Design a variety of assets including signage, regimen cards, treatment menus, glorifiers, retail buildouts, digital displays, emails, social posts, and event invitations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards across all materials.
  • Prepare and release precise mechanicals for production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting quick deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of design experience within the premium consumer goods industry.
  • A profound passion for design with impeccable production skills.
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard design software.
  • Strong understanding of the packaging production process.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work confidently and independently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage a high volume of materials.
  • Well-versed in both print and digital design principles and execution.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with animation software for creating dynamic digital content.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure precise execution of all branding and design standards.
