What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand diverse business use cases and their unique workflow requirements.
• Architect and construct comprehensive Airtable environments, including designing bases, tables, fields, views, and intricate relational structures from inception.
• Translate complex business processes and strategic requirements into practical, scalable, and user-friendly Airtable solutions.
• Develop and configure advanced workflows, automations, custom forms, intuitive interfaces, and insightful dashboards.
• Establish and optimize critical data relationships, including linked records and dependencies, to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Champion Airtable best practices, proactively identifying and recommending opportunities to streamline operations and introduce automation.
• Customize permissions, views, and user experiences to precisely align with stakeholder needs and enhance usability.
• Rigorously test and troubleshoot all implemented solutions to guarantee flawless functionality and workflow integrity.
• Create clear and concise documentation for all configurations, providing essential guidance for internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing management post-implementation.
• Operate autonomously and deliver high-quality results efficiently within a fast-paced, time-sensitive consulting engagement.

• Proven track record of implementing Airtable across various teams, departments, or distinct business use cases.
• Deep understanding of Airtable's core architecture, encompassing bases, tables, linked records, formulas, views, interfaces, and automations.
• Adept at translating intricate stakeholder requirements into robust, functional technical solutions.
• Strong capabilities in workflow and process design, with an eye for optimization.
• Ability to independently architect innovative solutions and provide expert recommendations on Airtable best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, short-term consulting environment.

Stand Out With

• Experience with enterprise-level Airtable implementations.
